  • 1. Authorization and Responsibility.
    By using www.newvisanow.com, you are authorizing us to be your agent to process your visa application on your behalf, including shipping back. We will act for you for the best result if there is any change needed and if you can not be contacted in a timely manner.
     
    Starting from the time you complete the on-line application, you can track the process status on our website. We will record package arrival, completion, or if something need special care, on a daily basis. We will send email status reports as well. If you do not receive when you think it should come, you must track at our website to find out the status. If you have questions about your package, be sure you verified at our website first; and email us only if you can not find an answer there. When email us, must include Service ID in " Subject ".
     
    2. Timing of Services
    www.newvisanow.com will complete your visa application process, from the date your package arrive our office, in 5 days as " Regular service "; or in 1-2 days as "Rush Service" respectively, at your selection. All "Days" refer to actual working days, excluding any special Chinese holidays in addition to regular US holidays and weekends. 
     
    Considering time needed for mailing in and back, be sure NOT to send any application to us if there is less than 3 working days, regardless of what process option or shipping method you may select, as service timing is NOT GUARANTEED. However, you may contact us by phone, and our consultant will advise you what to do in such a case.
     
    You are advised to use the most current information and forms available at the www.newvisanow.com website. We can NOT be responsible for delays resulted from an out-of-date form or information previously printed. 
     
    Upon our email notification for return mailing (with tracking No.) at completion, you are responsible for tracking your package to ensure a timely delivery.
     
    3. Mailing Process
    www.newvisanow.com will do the best in processing all visa applications and mailing back in a timely manner, but may not be responsible for delays due to reasons including but not limited to 
    A). Delayed incoming mailings (use "signature waived" to avoid delay)
    B). Insufficient or unacceptable payment 
    C). Incomplete form and/or unacceptable entries
    D). Insufficient postage in self-prepared return envelope via USPS
          (NO "delivery confirmation" NOR "certified" should be used)
    E). Delays in shipping system and other uncontrollable processes.
     
    4. Information & Passport Security
    www.newvisanow.com will take the best care of all passports for security, and keep all information gathered as confidential, never release to any third parties for any reason. But www.newvisanow.com may not be responsible for passport lost or damages due to but not limited to 
    A). Incoming and Out-going Mailing; 
    B). Process in China Embassy (or a Consulate General); 
    C). Other unexpected or uncontrollable incidents. 
     
    In case of damage and lost during mailing back from www.newvisanow.com to you, we will provide the shipping tracking information if you select to use our mailing service, and the applicant is to contact the shipping carrier for tracking, or possible insurance coverage. 
     
    www.newvisanow.com has no responsibility for incoming mails, nor for self-stamped return mails.
     
    5. Documents Preparation and Visa Approvals
    www.newvisanow.com can only process with whatever information you supplied but have no control in visa determination process, and not able to explain the reason for rejection either, if it happens. 
     
    You are strongly recommended to read all instructions and explanations from official China Embassy's website related to visa type and fee schedule. It is your own responsibility to decide which type of visa to apply, and what supporting documents to prepare if applicable. 
     
    All information about visa classification in our website is FOR REFERENCE ONLY, NOT LEGAL documents. 
     
    6. Service Fee Policy
    You are advised that our service fee is the minimum while the convenience and reliability is the maximum. All applications are default to Standard Service for your benefits, and most applications are so processed smoothly.
     
    In the event that there are errors / incompleteness in your application, including lack of supporting documents, or required by the China Visa Office, instead of processing as it is with a risk, we will contact you immediately for additional documents and/or to correct existing errors. 
     
    Any request for a process change after your application is submitted is subject to availability, and mayrequires abefore the application completes.
     
    7. Refund Policy
    You are advised that the total fee may include 2 or 3 major items depending on your choice: 
    A). Visa Application Fee (pay to China Embassy or Consulate); 
    B). Process Service Fee.
    C). Optional Return Shipping Postage.
     
    In case your application is denied, rejected or not accepted at the first place due to whatever reasons, we will refund the VIsa Application Fee; However NO refund on the Process Service Fee. In this case, your originally passport and/or all documents will be returned to you by your choice of return shipping method.
     
    In the event that you need to cancel the application after submitted, it is possible only if the application has NOT been sent to the China Visa Office. We will refund the fee for visa application, not the fee for service, nor for any other options. Cancellation should be made in writing, either through email or fax. 
     
    8. Liability and Insurance
    All applications at www.newvisanow.com are insured for $50 per package and you are encouraged to buy additional insurance on your own. 99% cases are no issues; however, you are advised that there is a certain degree of risk always involved in the whole process. In case a passport is damaged or lost, and if wwwnewvisanow.com is proved to be liable, we will cover up to $50 per package. We shall not be responsible for damages or loss due to unproper handling by carrier, changes or delay in schedules, weather, strikes, war, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural disaster, carrier flight cancellation, fire, flood, drought, government action, airport and port regulations and closures, technical transportation problems, scheduling of transport and similar events outside our control.
